Job Overview:

Smart Media Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled and strategic Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize client success. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven decision-making, staying on top of industry trends, and a deep understanding of digital media buying strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ads, making necessary adjustments to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and media buying.
  • Collaborate with account managers to align media buying strategies with client goals and expectations.
  • Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media buying, digital advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.
  • Solid understanding of campaign KPIs and how to analyze data to drive optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to ad strategy and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
